**Please Note: All youth participants must have completed the 6th grade
A background check will be conducted on any person 18 or over. All participants age 18 and over must provide an email address and return it to the above address along with the Estimated Participant Form. Any person 18 and older that camps over night at the school, works on the work site, or transports students must provide an email address and agree to a background check.
All churches are required to have a Church Liability Certificate (insurance) .
