3MT stands for Mid Missouri Mission Team. Our mission is to share the love of Jesus Christ through local missions. We spend one week each summer painting houses, clearing brush, mowing yards and many other miscellaneous projects for people who either cannot afford it or are unable to do it themselves.
As we serve our community through the summer, we want our focus to be loving God and loving people.

- Paint – One store buildings and decks, posts, swings, fences all to step-ladder height
- Caulking
- Scrape peeling paint
- Power washing
- Wash windows
- Clean flower beds
- Pick up yard debris
- Mowing/weed eating
- Trim hedges
- Low branch trimming
- Clear brush
- Plant flowers
- Weed flower beds, lay weed mat, spread mulch
- Light demolition
- Car washing and light detailing
SERVICES NOT OFFERED BY YOUTH
- Any work higher than six foot step ladder
- Power tool work
- Allergy sensitive environment work – poison ivy, mold, lead, asbestos removals
- Cleaning gutters
- Hauling of or clean up of toxic materials
- Roofing
